My business colleagues and I, legal advisors, have made several visits to this location prior to our statements. The owner and management have the lowest standards we have ever seen in the business of hospitality. An employee named Amanda, a shorter girl with colored hair, around age 30, created an unsafe atmosphere with extreme verbal abuse and obscenities against employees and customers. Customers and employees have experienced threats, racism, bigotry, and false accusations. This has traumatized people, including children present during these times. The atmosphere was extremely volatile when this employee was present either working or not working. We have witnessed the employee threaten people to leave the business or she will call police as a result of their complaints against or disagreements with her. If the situation escalated, obscenities would be shouted loud enough that the entire business came to a stop. People in line and also sitting inside would leave. Customers and employees have confirmed our statements. Some employees have be affected by the actions of this employee. After numerous complaints against the business regarding employee Amanda, the owner and management refused to take appropriate action.The location may be convenient to you, however, safety, absence of threats and vulgarity, non-discrimination, respect of workers and customers, and a family friendly environment, is much more important. The owner and management of this business will be held completely accountable for the serious actions from this employee Amanda. Their choices have negatively impacted everyone associated with the business. We will make it abundantly clear to management and ownership that the actions of this employee and similar actions from any employee will never be tolerated. The owner and management must take full responsibility for this. If the employee is terminated, the business must create stricter hospitality standards for employee training and service. We will only accept zero tolerance for racism, bigotry, threats, discrimination, unsafe atmosphere, and vulgar language. The boycott of this location will remain in effect until higher hospitality standards are implemented and kept. We ask everyone to please join the boycott. While doing so, we recommend Dunkin inside Sunoco at 2003 Post Rd. in Warwick across from T.F. Green Airport. This is the closest 24 hour location.

I made a large order where I was given a burnt bagel and croissant. I called to advise about it and was refused new bagel and croissant because I threw the inedible food in the trash. She gave me an attitude and refused to provide me with new items due to her negligence. On our call she knew it was burnt and said the machine was working that way. She knowledgeably provided burnt food to consumer risking a health hazard and on top of it lacking accountability for her mistake. I will report this location and open an investigation.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I ever been to I asked for a hot coffee regular sugar and cream with coconut and caramel the Cambodian girl taking my order got mad because nobody orders that coffee but I always do in every dunking donuts in Rhode Island . It was too early in the morning for this behavior if you don’t want to do your job don’t come to work and if you understand what the customer is saying try to task again don’t insult the customer

My order was taken and the employee that take my other went to the restroom (or ine the back) and I was just standing there for over 10 minutes waiting for my the other half of my order. I had to go ask what was taking so long and the other employees were confused.

Their phone number is a lie. They never get an order right. You’re better going to any other Dunkin in RI then going to this one. Workers are rude and often just standing around. This place used to be decent but now it’s just a disappointment every time I go there.
