Not a lot to say here; it’s a typical taco bell… Service was good, food was provided as ordered. Always nice when there are no errors. We ordered it to go and ate some in the car on the ride home, and ate the rest when we got home. Our daughter had the idea to go to a park in our neighborhood and eat. I got a value meal that had 5 items in it for less than $9. That was a great deal. I saved the burrito for lunch the next day and my son ate the nacho fries. The food was freshly made, hot, and tasted good. Recommend. We would go there again.

You can tell the cashier hates her job. The man that fixed our food was very nice. It just seemed to take a long while to get our kfc food. The Taco Bell was ready and actually got cold waiting on the kfc order. When we got the food home and my son got his, he said the rice and potatoes were old and dried out.

No B.S. I think this is one of the few rare times a Taco Bell has gotten my order right. Even the hot sauce! They asked, “What kind of sauce?” I said “mild,” and they actually gave me mild. I was so happy. My husband hates sour cream. Asked for no sour cream and guess what, no sour cream in his food.

Sunday July 2nd 10:40 pm I just got some volcano tacos and the shell tasted like there was chemicals or tasted really old and expired. I hope I don’t get sick. Someone else might have gotten sick. And the drive through person forgot to give back my card I had to ask for it back he tried to say ok bye and make me drive off. Lame experience I wish I had my money back

Took 30 minutes to get my food from the taco bell side after ordering. And when i got it, the guacamole and tomatoes in my taco were very clearly rotten. Going to report this to the health department also, they could make someone sick. Tried to call them and get this rectified before posting, but they wouldn’t even answer the phone.

I go to this KFC/Taco bell when im in a hurry… Usually ok and sometimes they leave food out when going through drive through… BUT today it grossed me out… Super long hair on my Menu Steak Bowl. It was in the bottom and when I started mixing it, my fork got tangled on the food and as you can see in the photos… Long black hair all over the food.

Both Taco Bell locations in Rosenberg seem to have a problem putting in the bag the items you actually ordered. The location in Brazos Town Center is worse than the other location off of 36. The lines are extremely long in the drive through and the wait can take up to 20 minutes or more. SInce they sell KFC here, it overloads their brains beyond capacity and they make excessive mistakes. During my visit today, there were 2 other people who walked inside from the drive through to get their orders corrected – this was in addition to the mistake they made with mine.

Same to order a family meal and was told that they could not sell me any sides because they didn’t have lids for their containers. A slightly understandable issue but hardly justified as it takes pretty poor management to run out of something that is required for you to sell half of what you sell.
