I never have a problem here. My pizza was burnt and not what I paid for. I ordered extra pepperoni, extra olives, and extra cheese. I also ordered some boneless wings and they were overcooked. Truly not happy

Where’s the xtra mushrooms I paid for? There’s hardly any toppings on it. I ordered bell peps, olives,pepperoni,sausage,xtra mushrms on a hand tossed well done. To me IT IS NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED. ALTHOUGH, THE. Flavor is very good. I did look briefly at it before I walked out with it. Should have taken more time. And TO THINK I GAVE A TIP.

Love the pizza when they get it right. I’ve been going here since I moved up here. They were always great until a couple of years ago when they started catering to the visitors and having no customer service towards us locals. Since then the workers there are so obviously untrained about people skills. I’ve met the owner, she’s nice. But what’s up with the obviously poor management. Sorry but I can only give them a 1 ⭐️

I placed my order at 1:31 and it said it would be ready between 1:47-1:57. At 1:43 I went in the store and nothing had been done on my order. The manager was on a break, so that meant this young man was the only one in the store! I had to get a magnifying glass to find the meat on my sandwich!
