Had a horrible experience here. They mixed up my order with someone else’s and tried to give me the sandwiches someone else brought out of the store and brought back in, then tried to tell me they re-wraped them so it was ok. I got veggie sandwich today, sandwich didn’t taste fresh neither the bread as compared to other Jimmy johns in the city. I also had similar experience in the past at the same location of Jimmy John when I ordered Turkey sandwich, meat inside the sandwich tasted very bad. I will never go to this place again.

I used to love getting sandwiches from Jimmy Johns. Just got my usual #12 today and will not be going back until they fix things! The sandwich was less than even remotely good. I am pretty sure it was supposed to have turkey on it, but I couldn’t find any. I thought it was bad when the country started going to hell, but now Jimmy Johns too. Sad, sad day…… 🙁

Turn down your music. Guests are literally screaming over your music because it’s so loud, we can’t hear anything the workers are saying unless they yell and most of the workers are practically horse from yelling over this all day.
