I order from here often. Normally the food is good. The service is horrible but they’re always short staffed so I ignore it. But today I ordered wings like I usually do and they were spoiled. I didn’t want them replaced and I didn’t even ask for a refund. I just wanted them to know so they didn’t sell them to anyone else. I was told “well we’re a pizza place” and was hung up on. I let the horrible service and rudeness go because I know they’re stressed with such little staff but to compromise people’s health is beyond disgusting. I won’t be returning.

This location can use an upgrade from the customer services, general cleaning (doors, floors, counter top and beverage cooler). Pizza is hit or miss not a consistent hot and ready as advertised. I walked in was never greeted and waited for about 10 mins all the workers was in the back talking waited another 5 then left.

The food was fine, the lady at the register was so disrespectful. Before me there was a kid she made so nervous with her nasty attitude he left. I’ve been waiting for my order, I see it’s out, I keep waiting. I tell her my order is out. She replied “when I’m done with this man I’ll get to yours” with a snappy attitude. I will not come back.

It’s Little Caesars Pizza, what do you expect. The pizza is always good and affordable, especially the Fancerony Pepperoni, I personally wasn’t a big fan of the Pretzel crust pizza. Also, you can order online, show up 15 minutes later and pick it up from the machine with a code, you don’t even have to speak to anyone if that’s how you roll. The inside is small and clean.

Past three times I’ve been into this establishment and tried to order pizza The lady told me the wait time was too long and she didn’t want to make my pizza. The first time I went in It was an hour before closing time and she told me she didn’t have enough time to make a pizza And that she didn’t want to “She just wanted to go home”. Poor customer service! Management needs to step up and if this is management, they need to find new management.

Nothing is ever hot and ready! The manager always has a excuse one why she never has cheese pizza. Garlic bread just anything. Her attitude is terrible seems like the customers are always inconveniencing her! I have had many trips in. The only reason I come back is because this is the closest to my house without having to drive 30 min.

One of the best places to grab a Pretzel, Pepperoni and cheese pizza. Usually in and out within a matter of minutes. Sometimes if your wait is a tad bit longer, they’ll bring it out for you to your car. Never had any complaints with this pizza place only they really could use a few extra workers to help the lady in charge that is sometimes doing it all by herself.

So, Little Caesers is still good for what its good for, cheap almost cardboard pizza. It has always been a CHEAP and quick fix for my kids. The flavors are simple and the food is fun to eat. I find now at almost 50 years old that I have a bit more refined palette and appreciate Quite a Bit MORE flavor and texture than I was a younger man. The last Hot-n-Ready I purchased, I had to throw some extra cheese, pep and Ragu on it, LOLS! Heated the oven up and put on some Ragu sauce, diced Velveeta and some pepperoni. Three minutes in a hot oven it was all cheesy and melty, but still…..tough, cardboard crust!

The entire establishment needs to retake their food handling courses. I saw a man eating toppings off the prep table, wasn’t wearing gloves and itching his facial hair in-between . The manager (I assume) went straight from the register and handling money to kneading dough, didn’t wash hands or have gloves. A kid came in, threw his hat on and took over the dough kneading, again, no washing hands or wearing gloves.

The food was good, the lady taking the order not so much, they need someone that doesn’t take their life choices out on a hungry fat man!!
