I worked here and behind the counter is nasty they keep everything a secret from you never tell you there are flys storming around your donuts when you order them not just that there bagels are in the open never covered welcome to flys sticking to your food!! Simi friendly staff but assume why to much about your personality that’s why they fired me because they somehow convinced upper management I was a down right bad employee when in all respect I am a nice professional guy never would hurt a fly!!! It’s iffy I would kind of recommend this location if you hate people

Just another disappointment with food service on the Cape. DD doesn’t have sufficient staff turning what should be a 5 min stop at DD into 15+ minutes. 15 min for bacon, egg, and cheese bagel is unacceptable. Mobile ordering is killing business. They are processing online orders before people standing in line. Visitors come to the Cape for vacation and add to local economy. I for one will NOT be leaving for prepared food moving forward.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a bagel with butter on side (because their butter is oily and makes bagel soggy prefer butter packets) they put 2 packs in bag I said “can I please have 2 more butter packets” the woman rolled her eyes grabbed some and then said next time ask for butter on your bagel! I said no thank you I don’t like the butter you use…I wanted to say more but I have more classy than she did!!!! Wanted to take my tip back!

Third time I have come to this establishment to find that the crew members start cleaning espresso machines and ovens before the store is even closed. How can you advertise 2-6 lattes and shut the machine down at 5:30? How can you order food before the store is closed if the ovens are both being cleaned? If you’re claiming to be open until 6, you should be open until 6. Not until 5:30 because everyone wants to pre clean the store so they can leave the moment it turns 6.

Another awful experience at this particular Dunkin Donuts. My son picked up Snackin Bacon for my husband and I both were undercooked. Basically it was inedible and a waste of money. While this particular Dunkin Donuts is located right near our house in Harwich Port we typically go out of our way to the one on Route 124 in Harwich because the service and wait time, plus the fact that they can’t fully cook something or make things correct, are ridiculous at the Harwich Port location. I would highly recommend heading over to the Dunkin Donuts on Route 124 instead of wasting time or money at the one located in Post Office Square, Harwich Port.

Most everyone there is nice, but there is one person in the morning that is not very nice. I just recently left this Dunkin’ Donuts to start another job and Karie has been bad mouthing to all the costumes since I left. I really like working there, but she is one of the reasons why I left.
