#9 with thousand island is all I have to say. The pastrami sandwich is one of their most popular sandwiches. Add whatever toppings and bread you want but you have to add thousand island. The best!

This place is okay. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly but the food was hit or miss. My boyfriend got the Turkey Bistro on a pretzel bun and it was fantastic. I got the chicken salad and it was the most bland chicken salad I’ve ever had. There was also more lettuce than chicken salad on the darn thing, which didn’t help.

My Mediterranean chicken wrap was fine, but as others have mentioned service was very slow. There were two staff, and only one couple ahead of me, and I think it took at least 15 minutes to get my order. Things were moving so slow I was close to leaving to find a different option. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if the place was actually busy.

I went in and ordered a sandwich. The women was not wearing a hat or hair net. She had bangs and hair hanging over her ears. I asked..shouldn’t you be wearing a hat or hair net…She said she can’t because she is allergic to them. She went on to touch her hair an forehead then was going to make my sandwich…I said wait…change your glove you just touched your hair…

Always have the worst pickup experience here. Even if your order is ready for pickup, they won’t even acknowledge you if there is a line and will make you wait til everyone else gets their food made. What’s the point of placing a pickup order if you still have to wait for the line? Today they even helped the baskin robbins customers that walked in AFTER me before handing my order that was all bagged up and ready to go. Something that should take only 1min took me 15min on my 30min lunch break. The worst location, I would rather go across town to the other togos than go to this one ever again!
