Horrible place. This girl (white, had glasses, chubby, brown hair) was absolutely horrible. I told her our very simple order : 8 garlic park wings and fries. She Charged us for for two extra ranches totaling to $3, charged us for 2 fries even though I told her almost FOUR TIMES we only wanted 1. She is clearly super slow or extremely stoned to have to make us repeat our order so many times and still get it wrong. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. Place was dirty, food was ok, and customer service was horrible. SO MANY BETTER WINGSTOPS SKIP THIS ONE!!

The person who took our order was nice and friendly. He even joked with us and had my 12yrs old smiling. It was nice to see a group of young men working well together. Find out the the order taker was the Manager while he gave accolades to his team for a job well done in being #1 at some meeting. Get 1st time experience. My daughter did love her chicken sandwich with Korean Q. She said the fries surprised her, they reminded her of sweet potatoes fries that I make.

I made a mobile order and it said the soonest it would be ready was 16 minutes. I get there at 16 minutes and they tell me the order was not ready yet. 30 minutes later, im still waiting. Then i come to find out that they never called my name. They just left my bag out. And they forgot my ranch. Only good thing was the wings.

I ordered food online from this place 5/1/23 it said my order was received and would be ready in 16-21 minutes. My boyfriend goes to pick it up it’s team members in the back refusing to open the door with a piece of paper that says “closed”. How unprofessional can you be? To not even offer a refund. I will not be ordering from this place ever again! I will be filing a dispute.

I’ve ordered maybe 4-5 times and I’m usually satisfied. The last order of bone in wings were kinda skimpy compared to previous orders but that’s not really the stores fault I don’t think. Online ordering app is great and I’ve never had an issue with wait times or rude employees so this place is alright in my book.

Food did not taste pleasant at all. I have been to other wingstop locations and the food tasted alot better. The fries weren’t crispy at all and they taste like the grease is old and burnt. I also didn’t receive the condiments I asked for or any napkins. I will not be returning to this location again unfortunately.
