Only high stools for inside dining…usually empty when i go…place is popular for pickup/takeout and delivery – always friendly and very good food however, if you ask for flour, buy an additional 4 as they only provide 4 (but 8 corn fajitas)…you will thank me later.

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve had the only reason this place does not get a five stars is because of the wait times I don’t know if it’s because they’re short staffed or they’re just so overwhelmed with orders that it takes forever to get your food if you can deal with the wait times the food is definitely worth it. they have a ton of locations and the wait times are a problem in most of them.

Terrible experience here. First off, the drink fridge was broken and all the drinks were hot, so I asked the gentleman for a glass of water and he outright REFUSED to give me one saying “we don’t do that here”. Then, when the food finally came out it was terribly greasy, the 7 chips I was given with my entree were really stale and hard as a rock, and worst of all the place is NASTY, there were flies all over the place, DIRT and GRIME on the window frame right where the sit down bar to eat is…

I wish I didn’t have to write this because I’ve been going to this place for a while and never had a problem. Food always good and the staff is friendly, but today I ordered my Gringos tacos with shrimp, which come with shrimp, shredded cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. This is what I received. Tacos with shrimp, some type of disgusting melted cheese and an avocado. Unfortunately for me I didn’t check my box when the girl gave it to me because I never had a problem with my order and I was rushing. You can imagine my disappointment when I opened it at work and had to throw it out and order from somewhere else, because it was not edible. Wasted $10 and 20 minutes.

Awful customer service. Do not recommend this place. Erroneous order twice the same day, plus the tacos barely had any meat (onions and pieces of lettuce only). Not the ideal place for taco day.

If you plan on ordering on taco Tuesday or Holidays, walk-in or takeout or whatever, expect 3 hour wait time. I understand understaffing, but it’s ridiculous when you lack ingredients like the meat. The food is really good but it’s insane that management is leaving workers to be left in situations of explaining to customers last minute they don’t have ingredients after they put their order more than an hour ahead. I don’t blame the workers because they put through the difficulties, I blame mainly management for allowing to happen, especially when their chain is expanding

I’ve gone to this place a couple times now. They serve good, authentic mexican food. Their al pastor tacos are my favorite. They also have really good guacamole and chips. Prices are low, which is always good. I like ordering from them off Uber eats.

I asked the guy for non- spicy chicken tacos. He make sure to charge first. He also charged the tip in advance. Then, I waited 10min, once the tacos were ready, he told me the chicken was a bit spicy( actually very spicy)He could’ve just told me from the beginning they didn’t have non spicy. Also he charge extra for the beef tacos, that barely had any meat. Like 3 tiny pieces of meat in each taco.
