I came there for lunch one day while on recess from Jury Duty. It’s one of the closer place’s that are in the area. They do have a pretty big menu like a restaurant and food that’s already there made like all cafeteria’s, so you don’t have to wait for your order to be made.

The Panorama Cafe is located at the 9th floor at the Stanley Mosk courthouse they served good meals at courthouse but a great view of Downtown L.A.. The food is really good lots of people go there for lunch and a view of Downtown.

I read a comment about this place cost of under <$10, What a joke! First of all, it is very expensive for a Hamburger and a soda and chips cost me $19. Overpriced. Second, the quality of the food is terrible. The hamburger meat was fatty and not fresh. The second time I ate I got the Chicken fajitas plate. The chicken had no taste to chicken and the vegetables were raw not cooked. This place food is too expensive, not good quality and you’ll never want to eat there again. The only good thing is the view but when it is hot or cold you don’t even want to come out. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The owner takes advantage just because it is the only close place to eat at the court house BUT you better off by taking some food from outside when you have jury duty or visiting. This place is a rip off to people.

Some of the best food values in the city for breakfast. I was helped by David who helped me decide first on the Pick 3, and then suggested some favorites. I can attest that the combo of scrambled eggs, French toast and hash browns is pretty solid. The eggs won’t knock your cooks off, but the French toast and hash browns were definitely worth the price of admission. Added value includes the cool wrap-around patio offering great views of our city. If you’re looking to take pictures of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, the patio can help with that. Go on a day when you’re not actually scheduled to appear for a different perspective of our justice system.

I’m oan out of towner, so I googled rooftop and this spot came up, saying they closed at 3pm, serving breakfast until that time. I got there 2:00 and this guy told me the kitchen closes at 1:30 pm. I paid $25 uber to get to this place for breakfast. VERY DISAPPOINTED
