You guys have a major fly and ant problem. We’ve moved tables THREE TIMES with our food to try and get away from these little fruit flies EVERYWHERE on our food. It was super unappetizing to the point we didn’t even finish our food.

As a regular customer tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had with this location. Ordered my regular family fest and I got a wrong side and my meals were all dry just fried chicken and white rice. So I called to correct my order as I thought it was no big deal to fix. When I called the girl on the phone was completely rude and was arguing that she saw the store manager putting sauce on the food. I thinks that’s very unprofessional and there much much better ways to go around the complainant. As of this experience I will no longer order form this location as my money is no value to them

I have been here many times, since its very close to my house. But every time I order takeout, the portions seem to be smaller on some of the dishes. I’ve tried many dishes and the only one that actually taste like real Chinese food is the Mongolian Beef, Dan Dan noodles, and the Pat Thai, the others are good but it’s just not the real Chinese food. The sauce they put on the Mongolian taste soooo good. They also have a great sushi selection, I tried the Kung Pao Shrimp Roll and it’s pretty good. The environment is also really chill and relaxing, they also have outdoor seating. Overall a great restaurant and would come definitely order again!

There is unfortunately it’s no consistency to the food at this location. I’ve gone here in the past and had great meals but more recently they have been horrible…either cold and dry or they skimp on the amount. Today my hubby and I each tried the new hot honey chicken. Makes no sense how each of our chicken looked completely different than the other when it was the exact same thing we ordered. My chicken was also cold and dry and both of us get the sauce was all pepper/heat and zero flavor. Totally inedible. Got a salad to go with it and the lettuce was completely turning bad. I stopped dining in awhile ago when every time we went the tabes and flors were always dirty. But even ordering take-out is no longer an option from this location, Even with their coupon, it’s a waste of money to eat here. Never ordering again.

I don’t know what happened but Pei Wei food was to look forward to. Since lately and especially my last order was the worst quality and quantity to the point that Pei Wei will no longer be in our choices. Whilst I understand that supply costs have gone up and almost all restaurants have increased their menu price and Pei Wei is trying to stay the same. But if that comes at the cost of food quality, that lower price is all wasted when one throws away their food and won’t go back there again.

Just ordered lunch for me and my kids. Kung pao chicken for me and bourbon Grilled chicken for my son. My chicken is so dry and rubbery. There was no sauce in spite of asking for extra sauce. This vegetables they throw in there are not fresh. Bourbon chicken was worst, badly presented. Grilled chicken (dry) thrown on lump of rice. No flavor at all.

I have never received customer service like I did today. Mauricio, the server, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Such a gentleman!! When he realized I had trouble with English, he switched to Spanish at the drop of a hat. The food that he recommended was so good!! I can definitely say, the world needs more servers like this. Come to Pei Wei!!

Super impressed with the revamp to pei Wei. We had stopped going as food had not been consistent the last few times and we’re pleasantly surprised with the taste and portion this visit. They made a mistake in my order and immediately offered to correct it. Look forward to returning.

I just moved to Coral Springs about a week ago and I’m very satisfied with pei wei at Coral Springs, I was very impressed on how me and my 2 kids were treated, I was there on July 18th all staff members were very friendly especially the gentleman Jose or juan I can’t remember his name exactly, but I remember him telling me that he was the assistant manager, he was patient with me and my kids I was impressed on how clean the store was because in the past I have gone to different pew Wei in the state have seen dirty stores ! Please give recognition to the employees working that day .
