I love having Biscuitville on my route to my daughter’s morning class! She loves watermelon soda and I love being able to get a low carb plate. The staff is always the best, even when they are busy. I wish I would have gotten the name of the two ladies that are always there when we stop because they make you feel a person not just a customer! And they know how to make an orange juice with ice perfect!

Wow, food was soooo good! I had egg and cheese on an English muffin and fries, only complaint is the soda tasted a little off somehow, but we just went up and got some coffee, no biggie. Fries were like the best fries EVER! The made from scratch biscuits are delicious, I wish we had a Biscuitville in MY city!!

Very Excited Biscuitville opened a location in Hickory. Scratch-made biscuits are cooked up every 15 minutes, friendly staff, and clean dining area. I would highly recommend the biscuits, muffins, pancakes and grits. Get there early or go inside to avoid the long drive-thru lines !

I have to say I was very disappointed with our food. I ordered a platter, which was all piled on top of each other. My eggs were covered in gravy, instead of being separate. I would expect this if I had ordered a bowl type meal. The biscuit I received was extremely hard, I expected it to be relatively fresh, hence the restaurant name. The watermelon soda had seeds and pulp, which we were not expecting. The customer service was impeccable. The cashier offered to strain the watermelon soda, which we appreciated not having to pay again.

The service was top notch and the food was hot and fresh! I was very impressed with how well they handled so many customers at the same time! Both drive through lines were full and the parking lot was packed; however, the workers handled it like champs! My food came out promptly and was delivered by a very friendly server.

Clean, delicious and fresh. Absolutely wonderful place to stop. We came from Kentucky and stopped here on a whim, boy I sure wish we had one of these back home. A special thanks to the folks who served our food today, y’all were fantastic and took great care of us.

They’re trying… Long drive-thru line but moved fairly quickly. Left an item out of my bag so had to park and go inside anyways to retrieve it. Eggs were good, bacon was good, grits were buttery, creamy and wonderful. Biscuit was disappointing, very dry, crumbly and not especially warm. Sweet tea was spot on. Will give ’em a few months before returning again, obviously they’ve still got some issues to work on.

Tried it this morning even though I rarely if ever eat breakfast. Grabbed a biscuit. The biscuit was very very very crunchy. The fries were over cooked. The egg was almost non-existent. Have never experienced an overly crunchy biscuit before and am not sure if that is their “style” but I did not enjoy it. Service was fast and friendly.

I’ll give it another try at some point, the biscuit is average, the chicken was horrible. Chewy, gristly and flavorless. Sweet tea is low tier as well. It’s like a restaurant cosplaying as southern cooking. Clean restaurant though and had a fair amount of staff. But the food is the whole point, it’s not as good as Hardee’s, Bojangles, chick fil a. And expensive. One biscuit and a tea was over 7$.

Excellent soft training opening. Biscuits and potatoes were very good. Very crowded because they were giving away free food but the line’s moved quickly. They also have dog biscuits
