I haven’t been back to Iowa since 2008 and one of the things we wanted to have while back was the Taco Pizza from Happy Joe’s. We were disappointed. I thought this might have been a fluke but talking with others they confirmed the same experience. Not sure if all of the Happy Joe’s have had this drop in quality or just the one in Tipton. It just doesn’t taste like it use to. Something has changed. Hopefully the owners will read this and take it to heart and make it great again.
