Person taking order was very rude was not very informative on Items removed from menu. Try to order one thing. 3 attempts to order befour I was informed they had no Turkey products. Would have saved a lot of time if I would have been told in the first place they were not selling Any Turkey products?

The wyu buger that is temporarily on the menu cost 12 dollars and was cold by time we got it home 4 blocks away and was a mess double quarter pounder at McDonald’s would have been better

It’s Arby’s. Classic fast food roast beef sandwiches. Food was fresh prepared and service was friendly. Newly remodeled inside is clean. Prices are reasonable and they have a drive thru too. If you’ve been to one you know what to expect.

I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich ahead of time and when my order was picked up they refused to give me even ONE Arby’s sauce packet because they said I had to order it ahead of time and it would “mess up their inventory” if they gave it to me now. Seriously?
