While the KEBAB SHOP may have a slightly bigger presence in SD, KABOB SHACK is the place to go. Not only a better selection, but better ingredients. The Koobideh is killer, the wraps are perfect, and I could literally drink the Sumac sauce. Pretty rare to have an Afghan influenced placed here. Especially love that this is right down the street in Chula, instead of North Park or downtown.

This was my 1st time here and won’t be my last! I was pleasantly surprised, I ordered the Tandoori Chicken that came on a bed of rice with a salad. It was delicious! My kids liked their order too. I’m looking forward to trying the other items on the menu . See you soon!

Friendly staff that can give you suggestions if it’s your first time at the restaurant. My fiance and I loved the food and plan to come back in the future. The rice was great and the meat was very tender. Would recommend anyone to try this spot out.

I’ve tasted many Mediterranean food concepts in the recent months and sadly, this one in CV had the lowest score in food quality. Untasty chicken Tikka wrap, soggy (old) baklava, hummus with strong cumin flavor and unimpressive service.

Worst service ever ordered through DoorDash dasher had to wait there 20 min only to be told that it was a pick up so they wouldn’t complete the order door dash company and I both tried to call them to show proof of delivery confirmation they wouldn’t answer and eventually took their phone off the hook. Door dash was kind enough to take initiative to call me proactively and cancel the order because they couldn’t promise they would be able to fulfill the order. Feel sorry for the owner they have such incompetent lazy workers props to DoorDash and their driver hope my driver will still get their tip for their efforts . With Greek food being a dime a dozen they should provide better customer service than that
