Stopped into MFM because my hotel wifi went out and I needed to get some work done. The young girl working at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. I watched her help each customer with their unique requests in a cheerful and patient manner. She went above and beyond to bring drinks out to customers in the cafe during the busy morning rush. Great service.

First of all, I love this place. However, buying a $1.89 bagel, being nicely offered cream cheese, then finding out they charged me $3.10 to smear 2tbsp of cream cheese on it, put a sour taste in my mouth. I was floored. Not realizing what I was charged for the cream cheese until after I’d ordered and paid, I went ahead and took it home. I did say something to the ladies behind the counter and they seemed a little shocked as well. One said, “I didn’t even know that”. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning anytime soon. I’ll miss the muffins, but not the upcharges for addons that are almost 50% more than the item you initially ordered. Fool me once……

Really bummed out at how this shop is going. We just ordered 3 breakfast BLTs and one Breakfast Ranchero. After 45 minutes of waiting, we finally received our order and not a single thing was don’t right. There was ZERO meat on anything and everything was suppose to have meat on it. This used to be my favorite place before the previous owners sold. My sister worked here through college, I used to even get free Muffins for advertising at Snowboarding Competitions. Probably my 200th time going there and unfortunately my last.

We absolutely enjoy these muffins! They’re always moist and I’ve never had a bad experience. Today the choices were Carrot cake, Raisin oat bran(my favorite), Double chocolate (Granddaughter’s request), Pumpkin spice and Banana bread. Customer service is always great!

Placed an order online and paid ahead of time and I still had to wait in a long line to pick up my order. They need an online order pick up lo locations I don’t recommend this place if you don’t have a lot of extra time to waste. I had ample time to write this review while waiting to pick up my order!

My favorite bagel should be the name. Definitely recommend getting their deals. Only $3 for half a dozen. So yummy! And don’t forget to get their homemade cream cheese. You won’t regret it.
