Worst Chipotle ever – No Vegetarian options when we went there. Also place looked very dirty. I would advise Chipotle or manager of this place to review this as this place seem to just open recently. I have been to many other Chipotle and never had this bad experience.

Waited an hour and a half to get food they told me it wasn’t ready remind you I had ordered on the app and then came back in to check and it still wasn’t ready came back 30 minutes later and ask for refund they told me I’d have to call a 800 number for8 a refund . They had my food finally after asking for a refund so 8:14 to 9:37. Never again I have even ate the food I’m sure it was put together any kind of way

This location need help. Had worst food, service and cleanliness issues. Trash overflowing inside outside. Employees need direction from management and owners to run the business. Off 95 busy location with travelers bad experience. People leaving from lines can’t wait. Fountain area messed up dirty no condiments.

The food was cold and they ran out of chicken at 5pm….. they didn’t close for several more hours. It was trash piled on the trash cans. Smh. I get they’re new but they need more training on the food and keeping the area clean.

Being a customer that can not eat cilantro it saddens me that the Chipotle in Rocky Mount was able to offer me plain rice and pointed out all the tops and items that included the ingredient. I was really hopeful about the store but when you don’t offer a simple substitute and just say “ a lot of our items have cilantro and we can’t take it out. “
