We stopped for a very late lunch on a Sunday (4pm) on a very long drive home, and they still were steady busy. They were out of a few things but they were offering substitutions and everyone behind the counter was hustling. Even the clerk was cleaning the lobby between orders. It’s fast food chicken – if you can’t stand to wait to make sure you don’t get food poisoning, you’re being a little silly.

Went to KFC Store Number G135474. Went to the Drive Thru to order. The most pleasant voice came across the speaker. The customer service that was given was EXTRAORDINARY from the service to the tome of her voice. Awful customer service. I walked inside to place my order. I waited for 10 minutes before I walked out and drove through the drive thru. The whole time I was on the inside not one of the employees greeted me. No one said “we’ll be right with you or just a minute ma’am. Believe it or not I’m not invisible so the saw me including a manager.

If I could have given 0 starts I would’ve this place needs to be closed down I literally just left from this location 10 mins ago and I was sold extremely old food I ordered the number 10 witch is the popcorn nuggets, they were so hard that they weren’t editable! I trashed the whole meal all except the drink! I’m disgusted at the fact this business is taking people money and in return serving food this old… I’m sure it’s not healthy or sanitary. I will be pushing the issue because I spent my last on this meal and you don’t serve someone something like that! I will not let this rest Im tired of getting screwed by this company! On top of that the tea always tastes spoiled like they don’t clean the tea picture so I didn’t even try to get tea because it’s always awful I definitely filed a complaint with BBB as well! CLOSED THIS DUMP DOWN AND REFUND ME MY MONEY.
