This is one of the few remaining “Pizza Hut Classic” restaurants in the country, and I have wanted to go here for quite some time because of it. We ended up going last night for Mother’s Day and had an excellent experience. The decor is retro (which is great), the service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The pizza was hot and had good flavor. The salad bar had a nice arrangement of items without being overwhelming. I like that the salad bar glass fully covers the food as you lean so there’s no possibility for contamination.

Unfortunately, understaffed. Salad bar was an epic fail. Drinks far too expensive. PIZZA WAS GOOD! Will order pizza to go on the go forward. The dine in experience wasn’t something I want to repeat.

Customer service is always Great at the Beaver Dam, KY store. I quit ordering from Pizza Hut for a while because their crust was always under cooked at the Beaver Dam store. I also had a bad experience at one of the Owensboro, Ky stores a while back. The customer service was bad at the Carry-Out store on several occasions: especially when I pre-ordered a pizza online. They said they did not get the order even though it was prepaid an hour earlier. They where very rude about the situation. However, I order the thin crispy crust at the Beaver Dam, KY store and it was not under baked like the hand tossed is when I have ordered it from that store. Their Customer service ranks, but you also want your food cooked correctly. Thank you.

After walking in and standing for 8 minutes waiting for the two employees to stop talking and greet me I got two very uncooked pizzas and so now I’m out $30 .The employees were having a conversation about why one of them couldn’t get a job anywhere else but here. Horrible customer service.

Normally this place is pretty good but this time it was pretty bad. I ordered so they would bring it to my car but I sat there for a while and they didn’t come out so I went in and inside (I do want to say I was about 10-15 minutes late to my scheduled pick up time). When I went inside I stood there for a good 5-10 minutes before anyone came to help me, but the employees had noticed me because they were all in a group talking and finally one of them decided to come help me. She gave me my food and when I got home and ate the food was awful because the food sat around too long. This was my fault and their fault so this won’t detour me from ordering from there again sometime in the future.

One of our pizzas had few toppings on it. The toppings were mainly in the center. The other pizza was made incorrectly and it had to be remade. We had a carry out so the incorrect made pizza caused a second trip to the restaurant to pick it up. On line stated “ANY LARGE PIZZA $13.99” , however it did not state that it was only up to 5 toppings for $13.99. Every topping after 5 toppings was an additional $2.00 each. We normally are very pleased with Pizza Hut.
