I came here once for brunch and once for dinner. Both times, we were seated immediately but had to wait quite a while to be serviced because they seemed to have forgotten we were there. During brunch, we waited about 30 minutes before flagging down someone (yea, we should have done so earlier but we were chatting so the time kind of flew by). They comped us 2 donuts, which was nice. During dinner, someone came after about 15 minutes and apologized for the wait. After we got our food, we asked for ice and some ketchup, which also took like 10 minutes to receive.

Came here for girls’ night and had a great experience. The space has a lot of character and a vintage flair that we really appreciated. Despite being in Rio, it could fit in just as easily in Bethesda: upscale and fashionable with pricing to match. If you live up county and want to have a nice night out without the traffic and the parking woes, this is the place.

Decided to try Charley Prime for Happy Hour. French Onion Soup and the Spicy Rigatoni were terrific. Large cocktail menu with a pretty wide selection- will have to try next time.

Beautiful dining room. Excellent service from our server. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and were asked to wait outside, but a family with no reservation– that arrived after us was seated before us. Weird. The food was OK.

Great happy hour that applies to outdoor seating! The spicy rigatoni was delicious – just the right mild heat after each bite. Tuna tartare was tasty but the winner was the delicious spiced pork + crispy rice app. The three cocktails we tried were lovely and the staff was friendly. Happy to have a Jackie Greenbaum joint in the area!
