Ok heres my take, my wife wanted a hot pot meal that would satisfy her craving. Presentation of the surf and turf combo from the pictures I posted was good but the selection was fair and just plain. The pork bone soup base was good but could’ve been better. I’m never really a negative reviewer but the staff kind of rubbed me the wrong way. There’s definitely other places that are all you can eat with a bigger selection of items. All in all just a fair meal.

BEST FIND – Potasia is one on my best finds in 2022. I am glad I found this. I would highly recommend this place for groups. The restaurant has 3 variety of soup bases mostly pork based and trust me there are DELICIOUS and very limited options for vegetarian. The sides like peanuts, scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, sauces, garlic on the dedicated section and it is unlimited. They have ton of meat options and my personal favorite is dumplings .

It was really good and a fun experience. My only comment is it is a bit pricey. However, I did enjoy it a lot! I got the mushroom base soup and added rice cakes, a bunch of vegetables, and seafood.

Amazing amazing amazing!!!!! No need to travel to flushing for hotpot!!! The BUBBLE TEA IS AMAZING! The meat is fresh and delicious. The broths are AMAZING! Please come here and fill up on delicious food!

I have it written a review in sometime but this place deserves my attention. It was absolutely Incredible. The interior was beautiful and spotless. The service was friendly and attentive and the food could not have been any fresher. We got the spicy butter broth, bone broth combo. The condiment bar was full with an array of sauces, condiments toppings… They even had a little recipe for for you to make different sauces. And the condiment bar even had fresh cut oranges to cleanse your palate. This is as good as any hot pot Place in Flushing. And it’s right here on Long Island. They also had a nice Friday of fresh teas and Boba. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.
