Went to the Cedar Ave location in Lakeville and the staff at night don’t seem to care about customers needs and/or cleanliness of the restaurant. It’s summer and sweet tea should be available up until close or somewhat near that time. It was 6:30pm and no sweet tea. I was told they don’t make any more after they run out. Tea is one of cheapest things to make and if you waste some, that is part of running a business. Would like to see both teas available in the dining room for customers to get themselves. Tired of waiting forever for someone to make and then make it incorrectly. I prefer sweet but not too sweet and they won’t make it the way you want unless it is 1/2 cut.

Then got in the play area and immediately regretted coming… dirty, dirty, dirty. I never write reviews, but I can’t even believe the experience I have had here every time. Every single time I have been there, everyone is so rude. They open the windows in silence, take your money in silence, hand you your food in silence, and don’t even say “have a nice day” or even say anything for that matter. Food is always good, so if you can get past the customer service, it’s still a good place. But man, these people need to be trained in customer service. No one forced you to work here, you chose that for yourself.

First time I stopped there in 3 years. Food took 15 minutes in drive through. After receiving my food noticed half of it was not there so had to pull around and go in anyway. I only have 30 minutes to eat on my lunch break so you can see my issue. I got back to my jobsite to eat and half of my salad was so rotten that it had turned into a black paste which I didn’t notice until I was half way into the salad. So disgusting I’ll never go back!
