Food was ok, the asada is ok. It’s a Mexican restaurant that’s ok for Utah. Being from South Texas and living in border towns kinda makes me have a higher expectation for authentic Mexican food. Was pretty good. Will visit it again. Try the soft serve from the gas station next door for dessert after tacos at Betos. Had a cone followed by a cup of coffee in my thermos roasted by Mission Coffee Roasters, long road trip.

Honestly the worst Beto’s I’ve ever been to & I made the mistake of showing 3 times hoping it wasn’t always like this… hard rice, cheese enchiladas but none of the cheese was melted & beef chimichanga with all tortilla & about 5% beef, wait until you get to Vernal, way better off.

Everything is delicious.The condiment bar is THE BEST! Pickled carrots are worth coming back for. And the avocado salsa too! My sons loves the carne asada fries. I love the machaca. My youngest begs for the quesadillas. Oh yes the drinks are awesome too. They usually get my embarrassingly special order right on (because I don’t like cheese or tomato and sub corn tortillas). When they don’t, they fix it right away with a smile.
