I guess it’s different prices at different DQ’s,well I got my favorite and it was slightly melted,I know right, in this 30degree weather,so I figured it was because of the hot fudge, it wasn’t.. thats my only real complaint,I love the look of the store,I eat DQ sometimes twice a week for my peanut buster parfait and it’s better when the fudge is hot..love. the prices here

This DQ gas been a fave of ours and our kids and our friends, for years!! In fact besides one particular one in the city it is the only one we go to! Their staff is usually very polite. Last Sunday evening we ordered some baskets to take home. When we arrived home we had many missing items. You I am sure have experienced this at one time or another at a resteraunt. Mistakes happen, I am forgiving on that front. What I am not okay with is when the store mgr/owner makes the error and inconvenience all about them and not about making it right with their customer!! What it comes down to is how the establishment handles the situation. In this case it was handled with>>>> well if you do not come right back up here right now there is nothing we can do or will do period!! So, let let me get this straight, your store made errors and inconvenienced me the customer so let’s inconvenience you even more by having us get back in our vehicle drive back up while your food at home is getting so cold it will no longer be edible. Yes, that sounds like superior customer service, doesn’t it!!?? Absolutely not! I wonder if this manager/owner would accept that as customer service if this were them on the opposite end!! I will answer that, NO!! In the world of retail, you can chose to handle a valid complaint with ease and a rational solution…..or be obnoxious and prove that as a customer you are not a valued customer. It really is that simple. Thank you Bryan Road DQ for making what could have been a simple resolution into one that customers will not return.

Just wanted to say that the girl that took care of us was amazing. She had a smile, was really nice, brought our food to the table, and took excellent care of us. Nice to see such a pleasant young person care about their job. Wish I knew her name.

My wife suffered food poising after eating a chicken strip basket with gravy. The service at this location has steadily declined. This surprises me considering the fact that the GM is a great person. Everyone is tired of hearing how difficult it still is to find good help. The better person presents solutions, not excuses.

Always have a hard time getting my 82 year old husband to eat something. And I decided to go get me a kids meal with a dilly bar to cool off after a hot day of work in the yard. We ordered to go on the app. The only burger that was correct was the uncustomized one. The fries were limp and sloppy, and the cartons were less than half filled. I think we have patronized this restaurant for the last time. The employees do not seem to care about getting things right.

I just came through the drive thru, the young man in the drive thru was BEYOND courteous, friendly and helpful!!! Didn’t catch his name, but had blonde hair. Called us ma’am and told us to have a blessed day!!! PLEASE let him know he’s a wonderful wonderful young man and he’s very appreciated!!!!

I just spent 50.00 for my family. Received VERY old food. The burgers were cold and the fries were cold/old. We are having to reheat everything. When you spend 50 dollars, drop new food. Insult to injury- the fries were half filled. This was just a waste of money.
