While I must admit my recent visit to Potbelly was a mixed bag, I can’t ignore the issues I had with their food. I was quite taken aback by the price tag of over nine dollars for a cup of macaroni and cheese. Additionally, the crackers that adorned my chili were stale, which dampened my dining experience. However, I must highlight the exceptional service of the staff. Witnessing their compassionate assistance to a customer in a wheelchair was truly heartwarming. They went above and beyond in their duties, and for that alone, they deserve high praise. While my food experience wasn’t the best, the human touch shown by the staff left a lasting impression on me.

Terrible. Went because I had a buy one get one free deal, and they weren’t serving milkshakes, and ran out of half of the ingredients in my sandwich but didn’t bother telling me. Was left with a sandwich with lettuce and mayo. Terribly disappointing

Online orders only during peak lunch hours/move in Friday. Food received was cold. They turned away many customers who wanted to go through the line. How much in sales were lost? Also half of the people were not wearing hats. Are uniforms optional now? Sinking ship. Chaotic management. No smiling faces. Where did the pick up shelf go?

Someone hacked into my Potbelly app and placed 2 orders for delivery from this location last night. I caught what happened immediately and tried contacting this location several times to stop them from delivering the order. I called over 10 times and no one ever answered the phone. Now I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card and get my money back. If this location would have just answered the phone the scammers would not have gotten the free food. What kind of business just doesn’t answer the phone? I live nowhere near IL and it’s disappointing that I wasn’t able to cancel this order when I could see in the app they hadn’t even started preparing the order yet! Now your location will lose money from the chargeback.

One of the most inconsistent places to go. Honestly, the food is fine, but not enough to get over the inconvenience of walking over only to realize that they are not open due to making catering orders. If you go here have a back up plan because at any point they could not actually be open. They deserve one star, but the quality of the food once you have it I think gives it the 2.

Went here for lunch while in town visiting family. The food was very good, especially the salad that I got. The service seemed to be very hectic and slow. There weren’t that many people in line but it took along time to get through the line. Then one person in our party tried to use the restroom and you need a key to get into it and there were several people waiting, just confusing.

We were staying overnight at local hotel and I ordered a soup, a sandwich and a pickle for delivery as our hotel was out of the way and didn’t have too much around it. The soup and sandwich were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely order again the next time I am in the area. I will add that once delivered, I was disappointed to find the pickle was not with my order nor did my soup have the bacon that I ordered added to it. The food was great, but the order was sent out incorrectly.
