I was very excited to try Fish after hearing how good it was. I have mixed feelings about the overall experience. We ordered our drinks and started with the Pear & Truffle Burrata salad (5 stars) which was fantastic with flavor. The salad came out before the drinks were served. I had the Clouds Empress gin cocktail (5 stars) for taste and flavor. Our server Deanna was friendly but the service was slow and she wasn’t very familiar with the menu items. After finishing our salad, we had to wait another 30mins before ordering our food while our server talked to the guests at the table behind us. I was interested in ordering the Lobster Raviolis but wanted to know if they were made fresh in-house daily or if they were frozen, she had to ask another server and they are frozen, not made at the restaurant . I ended up ordering the Cajun Shrimp entree and I was not impressed. It was more of a cream sauce with no Cajun flavor at all. The scallops were non existent(chards). I had asked Deanna for salt and pepper and she brought over two pepper grinders, the salt was in small clear glass bottles, had to ask another server. I’d come here for drinks but the prices do not match the quality of the food served and the whole process just dragged. The host was very nice and staff were personable and pleasant. We sat outside as the evening was nice and warm. Parking is on street and what is available. This is a busy area so getting here earlier would be advised.

Come for happy hour! Small/medium size menu of food and drinks. But it’s all delicious! Well drinks and (2) choices of draft beers. Oysters were surprisingly tasty. Reasonable prices during happy hour, of course. Seating for happy hour is limited to the bar area + 3 small tables. Dinner prices can get expensive quickly. But, it’s well worth it.

Spanish grilled octopus was delicious, good options on draft beer. I was sitting at the bar and young lady was very pleasant and prompt. If you are looking for good seafood in this area, this is the place!!

Service was lovely! The dishes were very contemporary and creative! In an area clustered with restaurants this place is a must! We got the blackened shrimp nourish bowl and the calamari & arugula salad (great portion sizes by the way and both were delicious)!

Solid 4. The place is actually relaxing and the servers were lovely. Food wise, wouldn’t say exceptional (just lacks flavor in general), it was just good. We had the steak and halibut as mains, but the cod tacos just don’t seem to work with the mango on top, doesn’t add any flavour, but that’s just me. Good place for lunch but I’d also look to try other places int the area.

I’ve been going to Fish semi-regularly for a couple years now, and I’ve never once had a bad experience, nor even an experience that sunk below par. The food is consistently good, the staff and service are never problematic, the outdoor seating is wonderful to have on a nice evening, and the liquid lunch (adult bev) is DELICIOUS.

We went to FISH before attending a show. We had 5pm reservations but due to traffic didn’t arrive until 5:30. They were accomodating. Food was great, service awesome. Knowing we were in a rush, the food was pushed through, but we didn’t feel rushed. Will recommend!
