Genuinely enjoyed this establishment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The pizza was somehow even better. I could taste the freshness of the ingredients. The owner informed us that the ingredients were fresh, authentic, and prepared daily. I am a huge fan of pesto and theirs came from Italy, it was one of the best pesto sauces I’ve ever tasted. I will absolutely be back!

We had my son 18th birthday party here because he said it was the BEST pizza he had ever had. I called ahead and warned them 10 people may be coming. The manager said that was no problem. However, almost the whole family showed up so it was more like 18 or 20 people. The manager was amazing and accommodated all of us. So, I just want to say thank you so very much to everyone at The Local Pizza Joint!! Your food and hospitality were amazing! I think the whole family has found a new favorite pizza place!

I picked up a pie from this new place in N Asheville & am happy to say it was absolutely yummy! The crust had a great chew, the red sauce was just right & toppings were most generous. Love having The Local Pizza Joint here! And don’t forget to grab a cannoli for dessert. That mascarpone cream is the real deal!

Best pepperoni pie ever. Good crust. Considerably more affordable than chains and better quality. The other night I got a supreme pizza though and it was a little too loaded up with toppings. I couldn’t pick it up and eat it because there was so much. But maybe Supreme pizza is supposed to be like that and I’m just lame. Will be coming back.

Do you like making poor financial decisions? Then this is the place for you! I ordered kickin bourbon wings with fries. My wife ordered the fish and chips .The wings were plain and tasted like extremely old fryer oil, the fries were clearly old and very soggy and cold. The fish was one cold and old tiny fish stick sized piece, again tasting like old oil with nasty fries. Big waste of money and it’s the first time we’ve had their food. 0/10 would not recommend.

As far as atmosphere the place has a huge potential for being great but with limited staffing and no in store dining it defeats the purpose. With proximity to Jeremiah’s and the desire for pizza. It might not be a horrible idea to consider some sort of old fashioned arcade.

When it comes to classic pizza perfection, The Local Pizza Joint truly hits the bullseye with their Pepperoni Pizza. OMG! The aroma of freshly baked crust mingled with the scent of so many sizzling pepperoni, was phenomenal. It was love at first sniff! The craftsmanship behind my pizza was evident in every detail. I don’t know how they pull it off, but the crust has just the right amount of crunch and chewiness. As far as the pepperoni, I have never seen so many! I was very pleased and look forward to trying the Mephis Smokehouse Pizza.

Ordered on door dash, it took over an hour to get our food and it was horrible. The fish and chips was a single fish stick sized piece of fish that looks like it came out of a bag and the 12 pc wings we ordered were unsauced and tasted like old fryer grease. The fries were cold and soggy. A waste of $30. We literally threw it away and went to Taco Bell. Don’t waste your time.
