Just celebrated my 40th birthday party at Morton’s , and I am just absolutely blown away ,This restaurant is run to perfection! . Our server Angela , paid so much attention to detail!! she felt part of our party!!. I couldn’t Thank her enough for making my birthday so nice. The food was INCREDIBLE!! Most of the party chose the restaurant week menu and also had drinks.. I am just so pleased and satisfied. If Angela’s personal touch and putting Happy 40th birthday on the menus wasn’t enough to make it personal …management came to the table TWICE to check on us and make sure everything was going smooth . I would give 10stars if I could . Thank you! for a wonderful evening and forever GREAT memory of my birthday milestone !!!!!

Have visited Morton’s Steakhouse twice now during both of our visits to the Saratoga Casino Hotel. We had dinner there once and drinks the other time, on both occasions the experiences where great. The food is solid and the service was excellent both times. Love the bar area which is situated right outside of the main restaurant. Highly recommend it here if your visiting the area, Morton’s is one of the nicest restaurants in Saratoga Springs.

Came in for a Birthday. Awesome ambiance. Great environment. Friendly staff and great service. Food is always good. They had a special for steak or lobster tail or scallops or crab cake for $99. Drinks were great. This was by far the best part of the entire casino.

We have eaten at Mortons before and the food is great but tonight we had reservations for 8:30. We arrived and checked in at 825 and was told that they were running about 15 minutes behind. After waiting 30 minutes we went to check on the table and was told that they were cleaning the table it would be about 10 minutes. Went back up a few minutes later to check again and was told that they still had 4 people waiting to be seated in front of us. That would have put us at least another 30 minutes out for dinner. When I make reservations at a restaurant I realize that things happen. 15 minutes is acceptable 1 hour is not.

41st wedding anniversary. The staff was wonderful. We received a “special menu” congratulating us. It was a thoughtful gift. The meal was excellent. Prepared just as we requested. The steak and lobster was delicious! Wait staff (Sara B) was attentive and the lava cake dessert was on the house. Yes it was an expensive evening, but worth it!

Saratoga trip is a must every year and after 2 days of racing Mortons is the grand finale on Thursday night every year. This year showed up for our 7:30 reservation and settled in with a drink and split the chopped salad. After finishing salad waitress took our orders for a NYStrip and filet with loaded baked potatoes. After about 50 minutes no steak. The GM named Adam came over and said the filet was cooked incorrectly and they wanted it done right so he promised another 3 minutes. Well 10 minutes later he came over for 2nd apology. We were getting hungry and were hoping he would have tossed a drink or 2 our way for the inconvenience but nothing. Steaks came and were cooked perfectly and we were having a discussion about why we go to these restaurants and we both ageed it’s the service along with the food. Well just then Adam shows up again and gives us 2 of his business cards and says “this meal is on me no one should have to wait more than an hour for a steak”. Well a mistake was made and it was more than corrected to our satisfaction. So we both ageed this is why we end our trip at Mortons. Thanks Adam!!
