This is a very poorly managed store. First the chip reader has not worked in months. Second they had four people behind the counter and no one in line but it still took 10 minutes to get my sandwich. Next time I’ll just wait on the culver’s line.

I placed a larger order for delivery (2-30 piece boxes). Since this order was large I made sure to place it ahead of time – like over two weeks ahead of time. The delivery location was only a two miles down the road and was over 45 minutes late. This was super frustrating, because this was for a wedding party that didn’t have a ton of time between all that was going on precereony. Needless to say only a small portion of what we ordered ended up getting eaten, because no one had time.

I walked in to the longest queue I had ever seen at this jimmy johns. As I filtered though the store I watched multiple employees encourage and appreciate one another, efficiently getting through the lunch rush, online orders and puck up orders. That alone would have merited a 5 star raring, but then I opened my sandwich in the car. It looked like a commercial, pickles perfectly layered out one side, an amazing sandwich and amazing crew.
