Put in big order online, at end it says they are closed way before closed. Fine. We Call and they said they can only take 3 delivery orders. That’s why online doesn’t work. Change to pickup and the first item we try to order they’re out of until Tuesday.

Service was terrible. They had one register and they were not interested in helping the people right in front of them. The girl helping me wasn’t paying attention to what I ordered. The food was terribly mediocre. My husband had lasagna and the sauce was terrible. I had a calzone and it was terribly greasy. The salad was the only good thing I ordered. I’m not even sure they really made the cheesecake, if they did then that’s the only good thing we had besides the salad.

I used to order pizza from La Roma once a week or so. Lately it has been maybe twice a month. We had a late night and I tried to order a pizza over the phone at 7:30 and they said they were only taking orders at the Temple location. No thanks. That’s too far.

Wouldn’t deliver in the same town, the salad was wilted and hot. The gyro had 3 pieces of meet and was on falling apart pita bread. The people were nice but the food wasn’t worth the time to get in my car and head over there. Had better gyros and salads from Arby’s and that’s right up the road.

Well I used to like this place, but the food, cleanliness and service has taken a dump. Our salad tonight was served with fruit flies aside our stone cold pizza. Not lukewarm, but cooooold as in it wasn’t anywhere near the warmer for a long time. When we called back the lady got an attitude with us, insinuating we must live far for the pizza to get that cold. Actually we live on the same block. Advise: save your money and order Papa Johns in Belton. Their food, service and overall experience is way better. Not eating there again unless Gordon Ramsey shows up for a makeover.

So much potential, but ZERO management. 2 Workers on Saturday nights (which I assume is the case for every night) just doesn’t cut it. They can’t keep up with demand. Call and they will put you on hold and eventually just hang up on you. Sad because the food is excellent, they just for years have absolutely refused to keep up with the demand and be professional.

Ordered Spaghetti with sauce and pasta seperate. Once we got home we noticed the sauce smelled heavily of alcohol, it tasted of it as well. Called the restaurant and told them of the situation. Come to find out they make their sauce several days before and not fresh. Needless to say we wont be going back.
