My husband I have been wanting to try this place for a long time. Some friends said that they love the food but hadn’t ever eating at the restaurant. So we went as a group to have dinner, and the food was really good. I will say the food took a bit longer then expected, but worth the wait. We got a catfish platter, the shrimp pasta, and 2 of the different crab cluster meals. We all left very happy. My husband hasn’t had such good catfish in a while, and I agree; I’m used to a dirt taste to them and there was none and it was so tender and juicy. The pasta sauce was a big hit as people kept dipping things into it after the pasta and shrimp were gone. The clusters were good sized and cooked very nicely, the sausages and potatoes were perfect. The star of the meal for the guys were the hush puppies, apparently they were amazing; I didn’t get a chance to taste one as the husbands had devoured them.

Heard so much about this establishment, mostly positive reviews. Then there’s my experience. Overall, the location is conveniently close, so I wanted to check it out for myself. Lets get to the review, the food was …..okay. It wasn’t bad…. but the shrimp was overcooked, catfish needed seasoning, fries basic, and overly buttered. I mean, there was a LOT of butter everywhere. For the price of the meals plus tip, my family was underwhelmed. Maybe an off day…idk…but my first impression wasn’t great.

We got the fried catfish with fries. The fish was fantastic. It comes with three pieces. They were fried to perfection. The french fries were bland no seasoning, wish I could have got the fish without the fries. Service was great. The ladies behind the counter were wonderful ❗❕❗

Great customer service! Great food, Ordered Cajun not too shabby, the sausage was amazing. Great price point for seafood as well , and hey they use real butter!!! Not open to dine in. 15 min drive home my and food was very warm.

I hate writing this because I am a big supporter of small businesses and the staff was so friendly. The food first. Lobster was definitely overcooked and borderline rubbery. Shrimp was a littleovercooked, crab and potatoes were cooked well. The sauce (cajun) was tasty and so was the lemon. There is a smell that comes from the bathroom that is overwhelming. The place was clean and it’s about 50 a person. I tipped 15% thinking someone would bring the food to my table, it is not that kind of place. I don’t mind, just giving a heads up. Would I return, probably not. Sorry folks
