The food was good, especially the brisket. The pulled pork was dry and lacked flavor. It needed sauce for flavor, which to me, is not good cue. I like both the Texas BBQ and Memphis BBQ sauces. Their iced tea is excellent as well. I had been there previously and waited 10 minutes for the line to not move at all, then gave up.

Tried out Smoke City tonight-take out for my family of six. We absolutely loved everything! The pulled pork is melt on your mouth tender, Mac n cheese was great, and baked beans have bacon, pulled pork, and onions in them-so delicious! We are from Orlando and have never found bbq down here that Rivals 4Rivers in Orlando, but Smoke City might be just as good! We are looking forward to trying all the offerings. Would love to see some homemade desserts in the future, maybe some banana pudding and cupcakes?! The restaurant is very clean and employees are wearing masks properly. Thank you for delicious food and wonderful service, looking forward to future visits and bringing friends and family.

I’m always one to try a new BBQ spot no matter where in the county. I have just started venturing back into the world since Covid has started and I found this place after searching BBQ. Located in the Costco plaza on the farthest West side is where you will find this gem. Their smoker is the centerpiece of the restaurant, and it is prominently displayed behind a glass wall. I had their smoked pulled pork and was blown away. The pork was tender and crispy, great flavor. I also tried their collard greens and baked beans and cornbread. 1 combo meal lasted me 2 full meals. 2 lbs beef rib. The meat is TASTY. Moist and Smokey! That being said…. The BBQ sauces were unimpressive, all were too sweet for my taste. Not enough of a spicy kick or acidic punch. Collard green needed more pork fat and flavor. Jalapeño coleslaw has potential but again was too sweet. Alas, in my last ditch effort to save the situation. I grabbed that unlabeled red bottle expecting it to be some good wholesome hot sauce.. only to find it is ketchup…

Absolutely delicious BBQ. The brisket was thick and juicy, with alot of substance to it. Mac and cheese with bacon was nice and creamy and the bacon added a nice crunch and flavor. The slaw with jalapeños had a nice heat but wasn’t overpowering. You can tell alot of thought was put into every dish made. Glad to have this place in our neighborhood. Everything was also very clean, and staff was courteous.

This was my second visit! Great satisfying meal, generous portions of Texas style Brisket and two sides. Everything made from scratch. Prime beef! Yummy Ladies you’ll impress your man if you treat him to any meal here.
