Overall great experience. The host was very helpful to the waitress(es) as they each had multiple tables. It was refreshing to teamwork like that in a restaurant. I work in the serving industry so I know how it can be and it was just awesome to see that. Great job ladies! (Visit started about 1215ish on 12/4/18.)

I Love Perkins food & staff! We always have fantastic food & staff waiting on us! This particular visit I had a few family members with me & we were also waiting on a couple more, but our waitress was more than accommodating, friendly & efficient! The bill was not by far the most expensive I’ve ever had in my dining out experiences but the tip I left our FABULOUS waitress was by far the most earned & largest I have ever left! I would do it every time if I consistently had customer service skills that she presented us with that day!

The coffee is always great! I stopped at Perkins for a quick lunch and wasn’t disappointed. My order came out quickly, was well prepared and did I mention that the coffee was great?! The staff here did an excellent job of keeping all the table items stocked, tables cleared and clean floors. The atmosphere at Perkins was inviting with a mixture of elderly, truckers, a cowboy, and families. Overall a fantastic stop making this an excellent stop when visiting Council Bluffs Iowa!

Waitress was nice to everyone else, including those arriving after my daughter & I. Took 5 minutes before she asked what we’d like to drink & never did bring the straw I requested. So sorry we bothered her by being paying customers. As a previous Server, I start at 25% tip & deduct if service is bad. I was having my birthday meal & still would’ve tipped for the value of that, IF she deserved it. I tipped her $1. I didn’t forget to tip, as some do. I tipped a small amount to acknowledge horrible service. I gave 2 stars because the manager was friendly and helpful to all customers. The regulars did get extra from her, though. I obviously won’t try for the regular club. This location will never get my business again, so disappointed! The hostess/cashier was pleasant.

Good food. Our waitress abandoned us after dropping off the check, despite the fact we stayed another 45 minutes (we were waiting on someone). Hubby would have ordered pie and coffee but since she wouldn’t stop,,even when motioned to, he skipped it. We were there late, so they wete not crowded or busy. Still, the food was very good.

My server was very considerate of both our table and those around us he was very observant to the needs and prompt to alleviate any problems. The food was served promptly Hot Stuff hot cold stuff cold if there was a delay he informed the tables. The food was also very tasty and served with great dignity and respect thank you.

Visited this location a couple weeks ago after a funeral visitation. We called ahead and they were able to seat 20 people on short notice. By the time we got there they had already set out a table for us with menus ready to go. Brayden was our server that night and he provided exceptional service to our large group. Not only did he get everything correct and in a timely manner, but he also interacted very well with all of us, and even entertained the kids. I’m blown away by this locations service and ability to accommodate large groups.
