Amazing restaurant! The service is great and the waiters and waitresses are very friendly and sociable. Feels very cozy and friendly. The food is also great. They bring this amazing bread and butter as an appetizer (which is very addictive). The steaks are amazing. Large steaks that are grilled as wanted and very juicy.

You can never really go wrong with the Jacksonville NC Texas Roadhouse. My wife and I checked in at the parking lot and it only took about 15 minutes until we got the sms telling us our seat was ready. We also go a free appetizer for giving up our table in leau of sitting at the bar. The bartender was more attentive than a server would have been anyway. The steak was kind of dry considering its price but our 6+ bread baskets we ordered made up foe it.

Went on Friday night of course full house. But wait was less than 5 min. Service was excellent. Cam was out waiter. We were very impressed with this young man. Drinks , appetizer, and main course served in a timely manner. Steak was flavorful cooked perfectly and delicious.

Love Texas Roadhouse! Usually get the early dinner. Never disappoints! The rolls are larger than usual but that makes it even better. Love their salad too. . Pulled pork is plentiful, just needs BBQ sauce. Maybe that’s me. Steaks are always cooked to perfection. Everyone there is always friendly!

I’ve been here a few times before but I’ve never given them a review. Today I felt like getting a steak and it was a great idea. Service was super fast and the food tasted good. In my opinion I think the Cesar salad had a bit too much dressing however, I was very happy with the food and the service. Shout-out to Morgan for such a great job.

Worst experience ever, our appetizers we way smaller than usual and one was cold, we sent that back and took over 30min to bring one back. We asked about why the smaller appetizer and was told “it’s not”. Two steaks cooked wrong, ribs came out cold. Asked to have ribs reheated and too almost an hour to come back, so asked to put them in a to-go tray it was late and ready to go, asked could the bill be adjusted at all for the wrong steaks, cold appetizer, small appetizer, cold ribs, and were told well you are taking them home with you, we said it took lost an to come back, and didn’t get the condiments we asked for. The manager was not at all accommodating and she didn’t seem to care. We had a party of five- 3 steaks, ribs, and a burger. Won’t go back for a long time if ever.
