Ordered a family box with pasta. Got the box 45 mins later, which isn’t the issue the issue is the specialty pizza I ordered and got charged extra for was wrong. Not once but twice. I never received the pasta. (The whole reason I personally wanted the box). Called they said they would fix it. Acted like they didn’t understand what I was saying. Finally I just asked for a refund which they were very happy to do. Super frustrated. I just wanted the pasta!!

I have gone here often out of it being close to me. They never acknowledged me when I come in. Don’t talk to you aside from saying cost. I get they are busy at times, so this may happen ever so often. Yet it is every time. You can say Hi with out stopping what you are doing.

Absolute worst pizza hut every! All 3 pizzas were made incorrectly. When I called to inform them I was hung up on while explaining what was wrong. Called back spoke to manager who literally drilled me about the pizzas. Called my phone back 2 times. Once to ask for incorrect pizzas back(no problem we didn’t want them obviously). Then his unprofessional staff argued how it was made. He calls back AGAIN saying there was supposed to be bacon on the pizza and that wasn’t even on there! At this point I refused them to remake the pizza as I was afraid they were going to do something to them.

We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. One was wrong. Called shop and they offered to make and deliver new pizza or give us credit. They were very customer service minded and apologized for the mess up. That goes a long way in my book.
