Well been to this location twice and both times the fries that I received were the scraps from the many orders they had made and it was only 530. Thought they would be cooking some fresh ones cause ANY time I went to the Tiffin location the fries were amazing. Also the employees seem stoned out of their minds and like they are disinterested in being there. I probably won’t go back to this location which is a shame cause when prepared right the food is amazing.

Yes I understand going into the establishment around 7:30 was a bad idea if they close at 8. But the cashier gave us attitude issue from the start. Rolled his eyes when I stated it was for here. I loved Penn Station but now I’m wondering if I should even keep going here if I get treated like that by someone taking our order

Seemed like everyone who was working was to high to understand the words coming out of my mouth, they messed up both my subs, I asked for sauteed onions and no mushrooms instead they gave me extra mushrooms no sauteed onions I also asked for my chicken cordon bleu to have no honey mustard or tomatoes and they kept the honey mustard and tomatoes on. Their hours are changed at the moment but they have not post it anywhere the change hours they have out a olive oil but their food is actually made in a peanut butter is soy mix and they do it don’t have it posted anywhere so it is not peanut allergy friendly

Good sandwiches, but GREAT fries. Like the various sizes the offer for their subs. Great for families with poor eaters. Service is usually good. But have had a couple of times that it was horrible.

I loved this place they make the best lemonade and the workers where very respectful to me and my family there fries and BLTs are amazing I highly suggest going there and ordering a BLT with fries and a lemonade and thank you penn station for being so nice to me and my family

Ordered roughly $75 worth of food. 5 sandwiches. 4 fries. None of our sandwiches were correct. Only 2 were labeled (incorrectly). Fries were soggy. The floor is still sticky. About lost my flip flops. Definitely not going back. Good luck to anyone considering!

These new people at the one on tiffin ave in Findlay are rude and don’t know how to make subs. I ordered 4 and only one turned out the way it was ordered the others either we asked for light mustard and got smothered in mustard or asked for oil and vinegar and they didn’t even put it on it then they made the 3 cold subs toasted very disappointed ill just go back to firehouse were i know ill get what i ordered.
