The young people that work here have no respect, I got sick today an was down bad for a minute after eating from this location, that first time we went everything was salty, today I threw up so bad, I slept for damn near 6 hours after getting sick, all I threw up was the Mac n cheese, this place is foul to the 12th power, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. I give this location 2 thumbs down.

The food wasn’t that good. We had 2-piece combo and drinks. The chicken was not crispy but watery. The service was average. They have a place to eat but their restroom is horrible. I wonder when did they clean it or did they ever! We were traveling and was hungry so stopped by, otherwise we would not bother.

My wife and I ordered 16 piece meal online they took the money and confirmed it was ready get there no chicken serve a lady behind me an 8 piece bucket w/sides called the cops for a theft report cop says they said something was wrong with the website wasn’t to wrong you took our money and served an 8 piece and she ordered off the same app CRIMES OVER THE INTERNET LIKE THIS FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION AND THE PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEY GENERAL the little young black dude got tuff and so did the little black girl the police was out to arrest somebody I wonder what the young dude told them over the phone when he called

This location didn’t have any chicken ready for me. I tried to get a Bucket and was rejected. I told them they can sub with what ever and still no chicken. Was told 1/2 hour wait at a fast food place. Running your self out of business. Very upset. If I could go lower than a 1 star I would.

Yost Blvd location not as good as past trips. Had coupon and tried to order on line, but coupon only good with in store order. Online bundles not available in store. Duh! Got 16 piece bucket of original. Not crispy at all. Chicken skin was falling halfway off all of the chicken; only wings had crispy skin and almost hard skin. However, chicken itself was mostly moist and tender. One teen had “rubbery” chicken.

Too damn expensive! This food was average, my chicken tenders were okay. A tad over cooked, which means the edges of each tender was hard. The biscuits were over cooked, the mash potatoes and gravy taste like powdered mash potatoes not real mash potatoes and the cold slaw was tasty. When you spend almost 50 dollars the food should be amazing but I’m finding this to be a pattern every place I go. I ate it but it could have been much better.

The restaurant closes at 10:30 on a Sunday night. 11-13-22. I arrived at 10:03 and they are sold out of everything. They were unwilling to make substitutes (because there was a price difference). They were unwilling to make any food items. This is a sad excuse for a restaurant. There are some people who care about CUSTOMERS and there are others who do not. This is a fine example of a restaurant that does not care about customers. Only leaving the restaurant at exactly the time the restaurant closes.
