I hate to be down on this place. It is full of friendly locals. The atmosphere is nice. And that is all the good.

We love this place! ALWAYS amazing food, for breakfast or lunch. The burger and Fry’s are completely amazing. The staff has always been great, just like the food. We try to come atleast once a month because it is truly amazing. Give it a try if you’re looking for something new because you will fall in love!

So I have visited this place 3 times in the past month. I have been meaning to since they opened and was a little hesitant because of the history of this location. A few other businesses tried at this old Huddle House and have failed. This new place seems promising and seems receptive to feedback more so than the previous ones that have come before.

I have only been to this place twice. I do not live very close, but both times the food has been very bad sour taste in sweet potato soufflé, very very spicy green beans tried to eat fried green tomatoes at one time they were very well done you couldn’t even cut them Was told no brown gravy for mashed potatoes but when I received my plate they had some gray color gravy on them same day of the fried green tomatoes, and the last visit the small little cornbread muffins were so mushy they just kept falling apart. And the prices are very high so needless to say, I probably won’t be visiting again.

A really good place for a meal. Good staff and food. I just can’t figure why we were seated in the back next to dirty dishes, trash can and bathroom. There were a lot of empty tables. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars. Will definitely try again.

This place is another home run. Owner run business. You can taste the love they put into thier food. I am very excited that they have a new location, full staff and delightful menu! I tried the barbecue pork sandwich with pimento cheese. Holy moly it was tasty! Please give this place a try, you will be impressed! Very affordable as well.

BLACK PEOPLE::::Ok so let me start by saying I’m a very big black man. I enjoy places like this because I like to see how white people especially white workers respond in a small city like this. For all the black people there is some awkwardness here. It’s hidden well but it’s there. I started not to go in at first because of a review but I decided I’d be doing my culture a favor. Prices are great, good drinks but the food is cooked exactly how we were all taught that white folks cook there food like. Grits had milk in it. I’ve never seen that before. Pancakes taste like box pancakes. Country fried steak was good. Eggs were something you would get from McDonald’s. Not knocking the place but this is the review I was looking for before I walked in. For us it’s more than good taste it’s are you welcoming and inviting or should we take our money else where. So here’s a recommendation for the owner reading this review. Cater to all, I wanna know from the door looking at it that I’m welcome to enter as a black man or woman. I gotta tell you, I say outside for about ten minutes before I made my mind up. And I don’t think that’s the energy you want. If it was the case gone ahead and place a sign up like the old days and you would save yourself allot of awkwardness.
