I got a medium double cheese pizza and this is how it turned down, plus I requested non-contact delivery because my wife is quarantined in the living room with the virus and the delivery driver would not stop beating obnoxiously on my front door until I had to come through there and go outside and get it. And I left a hefty tip for him on my card.

I have to say that I’ve never in my 46 years on Earth and I have always been Papa John’s number one fan. But this location has totally ruined it forever yes everybody has a bad night I was hungry and I got some money and I had $100 bill so I ordered $55 worth of food the driver gets here she doesn’t have change because I ordered online and nobody told me. She’s rude as hell she tells me she’s got to take my food back because I can’t pay for it. WTW…. Like I’m really slow sometimes I might be a little airheaded people call me blonde but last time I checked $100 bill did not qualify for not being able to pay. Totally could have been avoided call the manager the next day was told I was going to be contacted by someone no one ever called. Was supposed to receive coupons didn’t get them tried to call spoke with another manager I got to run around. I will never order from this location again I rather share my dog’s food thank you have a good day!!! By the way didn’t want to give this a one star but it made me.

STAFF IS VERY UNFRIENDLY!! Lady at the counter got mad just from me adding things onto my order. Got smart and said “well we have to start making the food, so let me know something.” Something told me to go to pizza hut, should have listened to my gut. I will not be returning unless they get new employees.

1 and a half hour wait on a couple pizzas to be delivered called and spoke to the manager and asked for a refund they said no refund could be given or at least a discount on the next order this papa John’s will not have our business again learn how to take care of your customers and you will have our business back

We have ordered delivery a few times. Been good. Tonight not so much. Dry, burnt pizza with hardly any sauce. I even tipped the delivery driver 10 bucks on a 30 dollar order, to show my appreciation from our previous orders(I live within 10 minutes from location). Tried to call store, all we can get is some call center. I will go to store tomorrow to talk management. If issue is not rectified I will follow with new review. Maybe tonight was bad night. But for 40 bucks for to dry, burnt pizza, is not right.
