I gave this a low score because first they gave me a slushy leaking all over the place it got on my phone and car. Asked for a bigger cup to catch the leak and the lady gave me a cup holder. I told her I didn’t need it and my drink is leaking. Plus , I got a “power bowl” and the beans and guacamole was extremely BLACK. I threw all of the away. I DIDN’T receive all my food and I didn’t get a receipt even after I asked for it.The food and service is HORRIBLE

Worst experience ever. They can’t get simple instructions on modifications like no beans… Had them correct the order 3 times. And acted like I was being extremely difficult. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Ordered a Dorito Loco Taco got home I only live .3 miles & this is what I opened soggy Taco they gave me its like its been sitting there for awhile & they gave it to me. Want go back!!! Will be cooking my own Tacos from here on out. The Mexi beef burrito where the hell is BEEF!! SMDH

They didn’t put sour cream and cheese in the veggie fiesta burrito and instead of fiesta strips they put tortilla chips. It’s literally worse than 1$ burrito you can buy from Walmart

Honestly, we had the best experience tonight at THIS Taco Bell on Bethany in Allen. We didn’t have a long wait and everything was perfect and just the way we ordered it!!! We forgot to ask them to mark the different burritos because my husband and I got Fiesta Veggie Burritos without cheese and sour cream and our daughter ordered a regular Fiesta Veggie Burrito, but much to my surprise when we got home and unpacked our order the burritos were clearly marked so we didn’t have to unwrap each one to determine which were which!!! Amazing!!! Kudos to the staff working this Halloween night between 9 and 10pm! I see there are a lot of negative reviews here, so I just had to let you know that the employees who were working tonight did an outstanding job and should get a pat on the back and more for a job well done!!! Thank you!!!

Staff is always very friendly. I always get my order with adjustments (no beans, no tomatoes, add something, etc) and this Taco Bell has messed up my order one single time in the numerous times I’ve been over the years. Most importantly, I am an overnight worker and they are kind enough to make me “regular food” even at 0800 on a Sunday without any complaint.
