They forgot part of the order, super frustrating when it’s 15+ minutes each way. Food had clearly been made immediately after the order was placed then sat for 30+ minutes waiting until the scheduled pick up time. A text stating the food was ready would have been appreciated. In the end I spent $40 on well below average food that’s partially missing. Doubt I’ll order from here again. Typical big chain no service. Very glad I did not leave a tip online. The idea of tipping for online pick up orders baffles me. Why would I tip you for literally doing your job? Wish someone would tip me every day at work just because I showed up.

After placing an order over the phone there were multiple issues with the computer system and Marisa was very kind and patient while trying to figure out the issue. Every time we have dined in she is very friendly and welcoming. We have become regulars due to how friendly the morning crew is. Amy is amazing. She is very friendly and she makes me feel important. Thanks to Amy and Marisa I have had a great experience at this location.

Great place to watch sports. We came and Natalie was our bartender. She was great and so funny. The food was awesome. The fried pickles were cooked just right. Def one of the better bww I’ve experienced.

I would like to say that my 5 stars are for Jasmine. She has been amazing despite the lack of help. We were seated and waited 15 minutes before we left to the bar for a drink. There were more employees than tables to waited and she was only one waiting on tables and the bar. Props to her.. mgmt needs help. Food was good and drinks as well.

If you are a sports fan and looking for some good food while you watch- Buffalo Wild Wings may be the place for you- I got the garlic parmesan which rank low on the spice, but I thought they were very flavorful and I also got the mango habanero which if you don’t like spicy are going to leave a mark…I got fries and coleslaw and wings were served with carrots- celery and blue cheese dressing.

Marisa, manager at the location on E. Garden Dr. In Aurora, CO (Havana Gardens) was yelling at both her staff and the customers waiting to be seated. The staff was struggling with seating waiting guest and several individuals had reached out to the staff and then the manager for help resolving the issue. Rather than assist her staff to organize the seating process and calm frustrated guest Marisa opted to yell at her staff and then scream at waiting guest and yell that “this is my restaurant; use one of these doors and leave or keep waiting and take a seat”. One of the guest she was screaming at clearly was struggling with English and was doing his best to express how long he had been waiting and the erroneous order the hostess was seating waiting guest in. The poor man was nearly in tears. Marisa took the opportunity to scream and yell at a minority publicly and humiliate him in front of numerous guests, employees, and his own family.

The service and atmosphere were wonderful. I have eaten here many times before, and usually the food is outstanding. This time, we went later at night, and the wings were dried out, too crunchy. Couldn’t even enjoy the delicious sauce on the wings because the wings were too crunchy and dried out. Our dipping sauces were incorrect as well. We asked for Ranch, and were given Bleu Cheese. We don’t like Bleu Cheese. Don’t think we’ll be going back there for awhile.

Waited at host podium for 10 minutes while 3 employees stood right by talking, finally was told it would be 20 minute wait… then a CUSTOMER came to tell us we could seat ourselves at the bar. Bartender girl was VERY rude. We ordered 2 drinks, they were completely watered down, we paid and left. Didn’t even order food after planning a week before just to come to this establishment. Will NOT be back.

Yesterday (06/17/2023) my mom and I went to the S Havana and E Idaho location in Aurora, CO. The appetizer was delicious. I ordered the brisket sandwich which I never got until speaking with the manager. Here I was going to order some food to go (20 count drummers, brisket sandwich and the southern chicken sandwich). I’m glad I didn’t because how long would I end up waiting for that order. The manager was trying to justify how long it took by stating that the person who was preparing my sandwich was new. If he’s that new, maybe he shouldn’t work the line since he didn’t ask for assistance (restaurant wasn’t busy)!
