I’d like to start off by saying, WOW! I’ve been waiting for a Silverlake Ramen to open up in Riverside! I was driving back from work and wanted to stop for some good food before I went home and I saw that this restaurant opened up at the Galleria Mall!! I had the Blaze Ramen… 10/10 would recommend. If you can tolerate spice, I would definitely go with medium or hot level… I’d also like to say that the service here was A1. The staff is super friendly and kind! Anyways, I will definitely be coming back here with family and friends!

Newly opened Riverside location for Silverlake Ramen. Finally a ramen franchise that’s known in LA and OC closer to home. I ordered the Shoyu combo with Chicken Karaage appetizer and it was good portions and the food came out quickly and cooked well.

This place is actually really good. My problem with this place, however, are the portions and the pricing. I’ve been to ramen shops in Japan and not only are the prices cheaper but the portions are bigger. Perhaps if they can lower the prices and make portions more reasonable, might become a regular here.
