The online redemption of a free pizza is a mess. I ordered a pizza, then had to cancel it because the redemption code did not take. I then attempted to order four more times before the order stated that it was confirmed. When I arrived at the location there was an attempt to have me pay for the pizza. I was satisfied that the location was willing to provide me with the pizza I ordered. There needs to be more detail to the online ordering process for the free item. I feel that it is confusing on purpose so that the customer will just pay for the item versus deal with the hassle. I will be reluctant to continue with the online ordering in the future.

Ordered the bacon jalapeño cheesy bread along with other stuff. The cheesy bread didn’t have any bacon & very few jalapeños. The pizza was good & my husband liked the sub so it wasn’t a total waste. I will say the bread part was tasty. Just disappointed!

The delivery driver didn’t have change and walked away with almost $30 extra. I called in to confirm the $20 driver change policy. They just said sorry, and didn’t even bother to offer to compensate for the overpayment. Be aware in case you order with cash. Thumbs down for customer service. Enjoy the tip you got from a single mom boys.

After a long days work, getting off late. Just can’t seem to find much open. I decided to grab a pizza for my wife and I. Turned to be one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a while. I want to thank the cooks who were there last night. Their were a few guys and one lady. They made it so easy to order because I was so tired. Less than 10 minutes I could smell the aroma. If you want a good pizza if you have tried them in a while. Go for it you just might be surprised . I highly recommend

I ordered a pizza, when I received it, it was ice cold, like I was given an old pizza. Was told they wrote my name in a book and date, now I’m being told they don’t have a book. Not only that the person I spoke with reassured me that I could have it replaced because this was money you all basically stole, and now you’re saying you can’t do it. My question was what’s the purpose of lying to a customer saying you would honor it and fix it but, all that it turned out to be was a lie. About 8:36 I had someone order for me 2 pizza & wings a supreme & ham with buffalo wings somehow was over 70$ & was told it would be there in 30 mins by a employee that expressed discontentment for his job by the tone of his voice, 1 hour later I called back a prerecorded message asking if everything okay “no its not where my food you just said its already been delvered” & then teenage sounding manager named Cody babbling & making excuses of how complicated Domino’s computer systems is, 5 mins later knock on the door about 9:45 brings 2 cold pizza & a 14 piece of wings with barely any buffalo sauce on them also cold & soggy, not even given a receipt & no labels on the boxes as I attempt to complain online at 10:06 p.m. & only patronized by a computer system so I called the store & asked to speak with the store owner & or district manager about my order & informed by employee Haylee that there is nobody & nothing I could do
