The atmosphere of the Mexican restaurant is exactly what you would expect, with a great ambiance that makes you feel like you’re in Mexico. The quality of the food is also good, with each dish coming with a side that includes rice, beans, salsa, and salad. The dishes are cooked in a furnace and served immediately in heavy black iron plates, which adds to the authenticity of the experience. Moreover, the portion sizes are generous, making the food a great value for its size and quality.

This place is absolutely AWESOME! The restaurant wasn’t very busy when we got there so we got seating immediately, and the service was great… after we ordered I went to the bathroom and our food was back before I was. And the food!! DELICIOUS… Will definitely visit this place when I’m next in Bloomington. (don’t mind the already taken bite…. I WAS SO EXCITED TO EAT IT! it doesn’t come that way promise..)

What an AMAZING experience! The restaurant is GORGEOUS and the menu is unique and has a broad variety of offerings. The food comes out SUPER FAST- not even sure how they do it. And it is delectable. As a matter of fact, it was SO GOOD, we returned 3 days later!

Food was good, service was pretty good… had to ask for sour cream, more chips and a side dish multiple times. Food came out quickly, was hot & tasty. Ordered a pitcher of frozen passionfruit margaritas which was ok in flavor & not skimpy on the alcohol. The pitcher was a little bigger than we thought (for 2) but we managed. Queso here is a must with the chips… we really love it!

Food fas amazing. Worth the drive. I will be back for sure. The decorations and furniture are so nice looking. The only issue I had was our server. No names, but he has extremely mediocre. Not very busy either. Other than that I highly recommend this place. The flavor of the food is perfect

Service became bad and now it is downright hostile/rude. Food is often too salty to eat and thrown on the plate. They used to offer a lunch special and then started changing how it was served with no menu notice. Waiter said “we don’t care if we lose a customer over it, we won’t be affected by the loss of you as one customer”
