Customer service was terrible. Party of 2 came before rush for to go order. The workers burnt, and one of the pizzas brought the other out slightly burnt. The second pizza came our 25 minutes later but much smaller and fewer toppings. The first pizza was cold, not even lukewarm. The customer service rep dropped pizza off and left. No explanation was provided for late turnaround, but the other 6 guests were served full orders before 2d pizza came out. District operations Manger was socializing in the gallery, and we shared our displeasure of the service. When he was brought to his attention, he dismissed our concerns about the order. It’s probably one of the worst food experiences at that restaurant, I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this establishment.

FLAVOR TOWN! First time at Pieology and I couldn’t have asked for a better pizza. The 3 employees made sure the pizza was A+, 10 out of 10. Definitely will be returning to this location to try other specialty pizzas.

The pizza is good. Very well made and I like that they don’t have a limit on the toppings. The staff is incredibly courteous and the Cucumber lime drink is the best. They also have ALLOT of Vegetarian options so that’s a huge plus. I give it 4 stars because the deep dish was really really burned and very raw in the middle. So we couldnt finished that one. Also the restaurant is always dirty, the tables are never wiped down. There is always trays and there is no place where you can put the trays if your done. So you have to leave them there. It’s probably because they dont have enough staff to clean the restaurants because the place is ALWAYS full. Other than that. It’s good.

Very calm for a Friday night… pizza was on point. They offer a dairy alternative to cheese. Highlight of our visit was the customer service provided by the manager on duty. He was friendly. He offered some pineapple to my son who he saw was a bit cranky.
