I miss the old mancino’s when customer service was important! The people that work at the store don’t want to be there. You can tell by the conversation that they have with you and by the fact that your food looks and is this s***** old lettuce half the meat is not even in the sandwich as you can see in the picture old tomato. But the price is skyrocketed. And now the sandwich taste like hamburger meat nothing else no flavor.

For someone who doesn’t know where it is, it’s a little tricky to find. The food was absolutely wonderful! I love Mancino’s subs! Could eat them every day! I did not know at that time that I was starting to come down with something and I really wasn’t feeling well. Not only did I get myself with a smile, but with a little compassion. He told me to take a drink too (I took a water)

I have no reasons to bash a well known company like Mancinos Pizza on Cedar. But if it hadn’t been for the extra small wings and a pizza that tasted 10 days old is embarrassing FRFR. I wouldn’t make my worst enemy eat that pizza !! The real question is, what’s really going on inside them walls that have the customers complaining about the food not having flavor and tasting like the pizzas are spoiled. Don’t worry about that question bc I will never order from there again to find out the answer. PLEASE STOP SERVING THE CUSTOMERS OUT OF DATE PRODUCTS PLEASE AND THANK YOU FOR FUTURE REFERENCES

There is no other Mancinos or Sub shop that can make a grinder like this place. I will go all the way across town just to get a grinder from here. Amazing food and nice customer service. I highly recommend this place over any other place there is!

I’ll never order here. I came in as a door dash driver and was REFUSED my order because I wasn’t carrying my door dash bag. It wasn’t a question of actually being the driver I had my phone with order available. They are literally making up their own rules. This caused me to have to cancel my order resulting in loss of money and stats all due to a made up rule. Don’t hive them your buisness and I will be declining all orders from them in rhe future bag or not!

The manager accused my friend of theft and called her workplace to try to get her fired then tried to drop the entire thing after she watched it on camera and realized it didn’t happen and was still indignant and rude about it. I will never go here again.

Gave me the wrong order, I complained so they made it right and gave me 30days to come back and receive replacement, I returned today to receive replacement food and added a Nell’s cheese bread, the sandwich was fine but the bread was old and cold, I guess they were mad about their mistake, well I’m mad my order was messed up twice, if you could order from another mancinos I would highly suggest it.
