Avoid at all cost! Bad customer service and terrible subpar food for what you pay! This goes to show customer service is out the window! Rice was inedible and “acting manager” Carissa refused to give us the managers number. We should’ve left when we saw the empty dinning area.

I like some of their soups, particularly the stuffed bell pepper. Wish they had it all the time. Feel it’s alittle overpriced and the sandwiches could use alittle higher quality meats but overall a nice place to go if you like soup.

I was pretty disappointed. The chicken soup was anything but “really good” , as it’s called on the menu. There was barely any chicken or vegetables at all, rather mostly noodles. My bread was even stale. Normally, I wouldn’t post a negative review, but a cup of soup cost 8$ plus!! I feel like this was a total waste of money. It’s been over a year since I’ve eaten here last, and the soups were always worth the price.

I can’t say enough good things about my ZOUP experience today- the food was ready quickly, came out piping hot and tasting delicious and shout out to the kind lady who ran me out my to-go order because my baby fell asleep in the back seat. You let this mama have a great meal while the baby got their beauty rest! Thank you ZOUP!!!

The food tastes amazing, plus the interior dining section is super comfy and modern. Only downside are the high prices, especially considering you can get for basically the same price unlimited soup salad and bread sticks next door at Olive Garden.

I don’t understand why it has become a battle with garbage, when it should fall on the property owner. But none the less this is every single day. Other stores are three times as busy as Zoup, yet they continually have garbage all over the place out back.

Extremely disappointed with the meal. I ordered the take two, the turkey bacon sandwich and chicken pot pie soup. It was completely tasteless!! It literally had no flavor! For as much it costs, I was really let down! The soup was okay, but not much better. I have it a two because the server was friendly.
