No one greeted us or ever said anything to us until we had a problem. Food was good but several things were missing from order. Store was very slow during our visit. Bathroom floor was as if it were Velcro it was so sticky. Sign posted to leave 5 star review for a small custard ♂️

This brand new BurgerFi location in O-Town West has everything great about the chain (yummy burgers, fries and onion rings) in a very nice open and airy space with a big covered porch. I like that you can order on a kiosk at this location to customize however you want. It was a bummer that they didn’t have a Coke Freestyle machine like they were advertising – hopefully that is coming later. Overall it’s a great addition to the area.

As soon as my wife and I walked in Burgerfi, our order was immediately taken by the employee named Bettina. She was friendly and a social butterfly making the customers feel welcome. She often checked in on us and other others to make sure we had everything.

Just so everyone is aware (because I certainly wasn’t), but the only way to order your food is at a kiosk. There isn’t anyone there to take your order and ring you up nor is there anyone to greet you, which is an instant con for me. I know that we live in a world where technology has taken over, however, I feel that the company’s operating system should be more inclusive for all their customers. Some of their customers may not be as tech savvy or they may be tech savvy, but simply don’t want to pay for their food & ring themselves up too. Therefore, there should be options available for both types of customers. I went in & there were a group of customers at 2 kiosks trying to operate the machine. I’m not sure how tech savvy they were, but it took a while for them to ring themselves up….meanwhile, they had teen workers in the kitchen taking their precious time making hamburgers. I was instantly turned off by the whole situation and left before ordering. Businesses need to realize that customer service is just as important as the food quality. Unfortunately this business either don’t realize it or don’t care. Either way, I will never return to a BurgerFi again. There are way too many other hamburger joints that provide good food quality and good customer service for me to settle for the bare minimum at this place. No thank you!!!

I don’t know what the hell happened with this place but I literally would’ve enjoyed a McDonald’s burger more. I have had many items from BurgerFi and all were fantastic, but this time it was AWFUL!@$@# I paid 30 dollars for a less than mediocre burger. The burger was thin, tastless, and tough, and I couldn’t finish it, nor could the person dining with me finished his, the onion rings were a JOKE! The service?….well let me just say we stood there for about 5 min at least before anyone acknowledged us, and we were the only people at the front. I pray not all BurgerFi burgers are like this now because if they are I will never be back. I won’t be back to this one and I wouldn’t recommend.
