Sadly the pizza is good but the people are not. Will not call you and notify you they don’t have a driver, then try to have you pay with a card to use door dash. I didn’t order from door dash and this is unacceptable. Filed a complaint with Corporate as well as BBB. Tiffany is the one who is poorly managing this place or that’s what she said her name is. if she is even the manager. managers create solutions not treat customers poorly. When someone orders food and pays excessive money for it they kind of expect the business to keep up their end of the transaction. food is not something to play with. Waiting in hunger for food is a terrible experience and this location will close like the other if they continue as such. such a shame it takes a few sorry people to ruin something. its really not that complicated. I am highly impressed with how such a simple business model can not be properly managed and they keep these people around.

Dude….. literally all you have to do is turn the oven down just a bit, or speed up the rack. They give you the sauce , they give you the ingredients, they make it incredibly easy to make the dough, all you have to do is not burn it and make sure that you actually put toppings and cheese on the pizza!! You have good pizza just don’t burn it!!!

This place has gone way down hill. The food is never right, usually over or undercooked (just get the oven temp correct) and the pasta isn’t even worth ordering anymore. I worked this job for a year, it’s not as hard as these guys are making it seem. My last 5 orders have been trash. Done with PH.

Today I ordered a personal pan pizza. This is what I got. Cold to the touch and the doe was raw. I did call and they offered me a refund stating something must be wrong with their over. Really! I won’t EVER eat here again.

About 80% of the time pizza is made really well, every once in awhile it seems they have someone cooking who doesn’t care to put cheese on or the toppings on very well and it isn’t even edible.
