I honesty have avoided this location for several years due to poor and slow service. I decided to roll the dice the other day and was very surprised. Not only was I greeted (which has never happened before), but my order was actually ready and pretty good. The friendly older black lady working completely changed my experience. While I am still leary bout this PH delivering my food in a timely manner, my carry out experience has brought back another customer.

Ordered at 626. Got a text at 640 that it was out for delivery. At 735 I called and the lady hung up on my and I tried multiple times to call back and got no answer. I called from my son’s phone and got someone to pick up. They said my order had been marked complete and that it should be at my house by 811. I wait and wait and wait. Nothing. I called back at 815 and they told me my pizza hadn’t been picked up yet! So I just canceled. Ridiculous

I used to order from this location often and never had any issues! But the past several times have been awful. We won’t be using this location anymore. Example today I order one pizza and the delivery time was 2:15 almost 3 comes around and no pizza so I called and the guy had an attitude and went on about how they only have one driver.. we’ll this seems to be a reoccurring issue here.. he didn’t seem to care what so ever! Needless to say it was FINALLY delivered 2 hours late and cold! Tonight I decided to finally use the reward for a free pizza got home and there is a BABY ROACH on the pizza! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Do yourselves a favor and don’t order from this location!

I had a great experience here today. I ordered food online and paid online. When l arrived at the store, my family wanted me to order a pepperoni pizza. The manager was working hard and took excellent care of me and my orders. She was transparent regarding the time frame, which was not long, and besides the order being accurate, hot, fresh, and delicious, the manger treated me like family. Now this is serving the community!

Disappointing! We ordered a pizza at about 7:15 in the evening via the app. The order went in fine, but the time indicated for it to be ready was almost one and a half hours (on a Monday no less). So we waited. After an hour, we went to pick it up. When we arrived the app still indicated that it would be ready in about 25 minutes, but when I tapped the “I’m here” button, the pizza came out to curbside pickup immediately. When we got home and opened the box, it was obvious that the pizza had been ready much earlier. It was cold, hard, and pretty disgusting. So, what happened; why did the app say the pizza wasn’t ready when it apparently was? Why had we paid $25+ for a piece cardboard? Pizza Hut should be able to do much better. The rating gets two stars because we were hungry and ate it anyway, but it is last take out from Pizza Hut. Fortunately for us, Papa John’s is right next door!

Should be zero stars. I just tried to order pizza’s for my granddaughter and her friend but was told if it is over 30 dollars I have to show the credit card when delivered. Problem is I am at work and not at delivery address. I have ordered many times from here and never ever been told this. That’s it for Pizza Hut I just called Papa John’s and they will be delivering within 30 minutes. The only thing I have left to do now is delete Pizza Hut from my phone. So long Pizza Hut.
